Steps
- Open Settings, then Your data.
- Choose Export everything. Diwaan prepares one zip file with a spreadsheet for each kind of record: items, customers, suppliers, sales and their lines, payments, invoices, the journal and the trial balance.
- When the file is ready, Diwaan emails you a download link. The link works for 24 hours.
- Download the file and keep it somewhere safe. To get a newer copy, export again.
Your data is yours. You never need to ask us for an export, and you can still export after you cancel or while a payment is overdue.
