Invite your accountant

Give your accountant or bookkeeper free access to your books.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then People.
  2. Choose Invite and enter your accountant's email.
  3. Pick the Accountant role. It includes the journal, trial balance and period locks.
  4. Your accountant receives an email and signs in with their own account.
Accountant seats are free on every edition and do not count towards your user limit.
