Let Diwaan remind customers politely on the days you choose.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then Reminders.
  2. Choose when reminders go out, for example 3 days before and 7 days after the due date.
  3. Edit the wording if you want. Keep it short and exact.
  4. Turn reminders on. They stop as soon as an invoice is paid.
Reminders go by email, and each one includes the invoice's pay link. Reminders by text or WhatsApp are coming.
